Amanda McGregor’s work explores death to life experiences of the soul, the journey of the overlay soul, universal consciousness and how it influences Amanda and her purpose. Amanda McGregor’s work is an exploration of how pain and imperfection transform into truth and resilience. Through her paintings, drawings, and reflective writings, McGregor captures the profound dualities of life: the light and the dark, the beautiful and the broken, the personal and the universal. Her art and articles are not only expressions of creativity but also a journey through the complexities of human experience. the relationship to spirituality, nature and an abstract sense of purpose that she experiences through God or Universal Consciousness. Her work enables a celebration of creation with a developed understanding of the circles and rhythms of life. Her intuition is highly developed and enables her to work as a performance artist in respect to helping people and curating people, environments, art and objects. During lockdown, 2021 Amanda produced a new body of work using beeswax, damar resin and pigments, the paintings enable journeying to landscapes and coastlines exploring beautiful Britain, all the work was done at the studio and can be found on instagram #amandamcgregorart.
